Manila Board of Realtors

Manila Board of Realtors (MBR) is the oldest local organization of real estate

service practitioners in the country.  Founded in 1938, it is going to celebrate its

75th anniversary in 2013.  MBR has more than 200 members, comprised of real estate brokers, appraisers, consultants and corporate members who are property developers.  Many MBR members are also professionals in other allied fields such as lawyers, engineers, accountants, doctors, bankers and financial executives.  MBR is the forerunner and founding member of PAREB, the country's largest national organization of real estate practitioners.

Categories of Membership:  Regular, Associate, Lifetime, Honorary and Corporate

ñ  Regular members are licensed practitioners - brokers, appraisers, consultants;    annual fee P3,000.

ñ  Associate members are agents, executives, partners, associates not yet licensed; annual fee P2,500.

ñ  Lifetime members are the MBR past presidents who have retired from practice but still members of MBR 

ñ  Honorary membership is conferred to a select number of individuals for service to the industry.

ñ  Corporate members are companies, institutions, partners-in-service and supporters of MBR.

ñ  Logo of corporate sponsors in MBR newsletters; ADS also given priority

ñ  Banners of corporate sponsors displayed in MBR meeting room

ñ  Priority in sponsorship of other significant MBR flagship projects and events
